Why Perth is outraged over Kevin Hart’s RAC Arena show

American comedy icon Kevin Hart is set to bring his Acting My Age stand-up show to RAC Arena on Tuesday night, but the star’s no-phone policy has triggered a reaction from the Perth crowd before he’s even hit the stage.
Launching his three-show Australian tour in WA, Hart will employ the same measures at his Melbourne and Sydney performances later this month.
'I don’t understand how this is ethically acceptable ... I get that they want for people to be able to focus on the show but I don’t think it’s right to control people like that,' one fan said.
