‘Too much’: Perth surf & street wear label shuts up shop

A popular Perth clothing brand known for its unique and fun graphics is shutting up shop after more than a decade of selling designs in Australia and around the world.

Neptune’s Nephew, founded by Noah Dennis in 2015, is closing down after Dennis said what initially started as a school project in his final year “quickly grew into something I never could have imagined”.

The surf and streetwear-inspired brand, which puts comfort first, became loved for its colourful and quirky graphics screen-printed on t-shirts, jumpers, and hats.

Dennis, who also works as a menswear designer at Rusty Australia, said he had to close his own business after balancing both jobs became unattainable.
