The Ritz-Carlton to welcome bespoke Sydney bar for one night

The Ritz-Carlton Perth’s Songbird Bar is set to team up with one of Sydney’s most celebrated cocktail bars for a one-night event.
Sydney bartenders Krisztian Csigo and Takashi Matsumoto, from Dean & Nancy on 22, will step behind the bar at Songbird on March 20 to craft a curated menu of bespoke creations that reflect their signature style.
The event launches the 2026 edition of the hotel’s Twilight Tails cocktails series, which sees acclaimed bars from around the world collaborate with Songbird for intimate, one-night-only takeovers.
Guests can expect polished technique, thoughtful flavour combinations and a touch of theatrical finesse, all set against Songbird’s sweeping rooftop views across the Swan River.
