‘Poor decision’: Perth influencer leaves baby alone in hotel

A Perth influencer has admitted she made “a poor decision” after leaving her six month old baby boy alone in a Bali resort room while she went for a foot massage.
Taleigha Skye, a “boy mum” known for sharing parenting and lifestyle content on social media, was criticised online after she shared a video that showed her out on a pamper day while her son was locked in the room.
In the now-deleted clip Taleigha was seen holding a baby monitor so she could keep an eye on her son as she walked from her accommodation to her appointment.
The 24-year-old was slammed online after her video was shared to the Facebook page TeaTime, with many group members likening it to the disappearance of British toddler Madeleine McCann on May 3, 2007.
