The 45-year-old man who was killed in a hit and run in Perth’s south has been remembered as a “beautiful soul taken way too early”.

Jamie Murray was found unresponsive on Boundary Road, Dudley Park, about 5am on Saturday morning. Police were called to the scene and conducted CPR upon arrival, but he could not be saved.

Mr Murray was a father to two young boys and a “stalwart” in the local performing arts scene.
