Olympian, influencers & models mingle at launch of WA beer

Perth foodies and influencers were some of the first to taste test a new Japanese-style lager brewed in honour of Broome’s historic Japanese pearl divers.
Mr Matsumoto was officially unveiled at a launch event at Tigerfish in Cottesloe with culinary icon Shannon Bennett in attendance.
Bennett is the chef behind Chris Hemsworth’s new favourite restaurant Feu in Byron Bay which he raved about on social media.
Alongside Tigerfish’s executive chef Stephen Ryu, Bennett served up a curated series of bespoke dishes inspired by the lager and its Japanese heritage.
