Mum left ‘shaken’ after what happened inside ladies toilets

A mother-of-two is “extremely shaken up” after she was pricked by a used needle hidden underneath a baby changing table strap in the toilets of a sports bar.
American mummy blogger Shauna Adkins has warned mothers around the globe to “check every inch of the baby changing table” after she was pricked by “what appeared to be a used insulin needle cap”.
It happened while Adkins was at beloved family-owned sports pub and restaurant Ale Emporium in Greenwood, Indiana, when she went to change her baby daughter Ellie’s nappy in the women’s toilets.
“After changing her and throwing her diaper away, as I went to pick her up, I was pricked by what appeared to be a used insulin needle cap that was hidden under the changing table strap,” she said.
