As Danny and Suzi Pavlovich prepare to move into a Dalkeith mansion once owned by Alan Bond, their newly listed property in Nedlands would like appeal to another with the same moniker — James Bond.
The pair developed the Nedlands home as they did an extensive redevelopment of the Dalkeith mansion which they bought in 2020 for $27.5 million.
While the Dalkeith interior remains a mystery, the Nedlands property indicates a luxurious and high-tech approach.
This includes 16 security cameras with infrared and motion detection, a temperature-controlled server room, heated flooring and smart systems connected to 24 LED displays — including a custom video wall.
