‘Happy but terrified’: TV anchor announces major life update

TV presenter Sarah Abo has announced she is expecting her first child after struggling to fall pregnant, which she described as “a bit of a bumpy ride” and something “no one ever wants to go through”.
The 40-year-old Today star, which she hosts alongside Karl Stefanovic, broke down live on air on Wednesday morning when she revealed the happy news she could no longer “hide”.
“I’m going to try and fail to maintain my composure. But yes, Cyrus and I are expecting a little baby,” she said.
Abo said while she is celebrating, she had to acknowledge her journey to motherhood hadn’t been easy and wanted other women who may also be struggling to know they’re not alone.
