Famous Parisian bartender to takeover luxe Perth CBD bar

An award-winning bartender and founder of Paris cocktail bar Danico will be serving up liquid magic at the Songbird Bar inside The Ritz-Carlton Perth this week.
Nico de Soto will be travelling across the world to Perth for a special edition of the hotel’s Twilight Tails cocktail experience on Friday from 6pm to 8pm.
The internationally celebrated bartender will lead the evening, bringing his globally inspired approach to flavour, technique and storytelling to our city.
Known for one of the most influential palates in contemporary mixology, de Soto will present a selection of innovative drinks reflective of his award-winning career and Danico’s creativity.
