Controversial apartments approved after six year setback

A controversial four-storey apartment complex in the affluent suburb of Dalkeith is set for approval by State planners after facing nearly six years of development setbacks.
A $6 million complex at 6 Alexander Road will go back to a Development Assessment Panel next Thursday for its third attempt at approval.
