“Thank you Perth, don’t come again.”Those are the true, yet very emotional words of Bar Lafayette owner Brendon Sim who will be calling last drinks at the beloved CBD venue on Friday.
Mr Sim began the venture with three mates in 2012 as founding tenants of the Brookfield Place precinct, back when he worked in fashion and two of his collaborators boasted far more hospitality experience.
